Q. Can I get you to coach me for one month only?
A. No, I only offer my coaching with a minimum 3-month commitment. I’ve coached thousands of VAs and service providers over the years, and I’ve learned that success doesn’t happen overnight.
It usually takes at least a few months to implement what you’ll learn and start seeing consistent results — and I want to be there to guide and support you through that process. ?
Once you’ve completed your initial 3-month investment, you can continue month-to-month coaching for as long as you’d like.
If it’s been over a year since we last worked together, you’ll just need to start fresh with a new 3-month commitment so we can get re-acquainted, review your updated goals, and build from there.
Q. How does the Voxer coaching work?
A. Voxer is a free voice and text messaging app that works like a walkie-talkie for business coaching. Once you sign up for my coaching, I’ll invite you to connect with me on Voxer so we can chat back and forth Monday through Friday.
You can send me one focused business question per day — anything from pricing and marketing to clients and mindset — and I’ll reply with personalized feedback and guidance.
Some questions I can answer quickly, while others may spark a short conversation as we work through it together. Either way, you’ll have me right in your pocket (or purse!) to keep your business moving forward between our monthly Zoom sessions.

Q. Does one Voxer question about my business daily mean you will reply once only?
A. Not necessarily! Sometimes your question can be answered in just a few words, but if it’s something more complex that needs a little back-and-forth, we might exchange a few messages to cover it fully.

Q. What days and times are you available on Voxer?
A. I’m active on Voxer Monday through Friday during business hours (Pacific Time). I do my best to reply the same day, usually within a few hours.

Q. Do you coach on weekends or holidays?
A. Nope — I take weekends and holidays off to recharge (and I encourage you to do the same ?).
I work on the premise that there are 4 coaching weeks per month, which means for yearly clients, you’ll receive 48 coaching weeks per year.
Yes, I do take holidays just like you should! But don’t worry — I always give plenty of notice and we’ll work around them together so your coaching time and momentum aren’t affected.
Q. How fast will I see results?
A. Everyone’s business — and pace — is different. Some clients experience quick wins and clarity shifts within the first few weeks, while others take a bit longer as they work through new strategies and build confidence.
What I can promise is that if you show up, do the work, and stay consistent, you’ll make progress every single month. My job is to guide you, keep you accountable, and help you find momentum faster than trying to figure it all out on your own.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. No refunds are offered once coaching begins since you receive immediate access to my time, expertise, and guidance.
When you join, I set aside specific hours just for you — time that can’t be rescheduled or offered to another client. Because this is a personalized coaching relationship, your success depends on your active participation and commitment.
That said, I’ll be right there beside you every step of the way, helping you get the most out of our time together. ?
Q. What if I’m brand new to business — will this still help me?
A. Absolutely! I coach both new and established service providers. If you’re newer, we’ll focus on setting up your foundations (pricing, offers, marketing plan). If you’re established, we’ll focus on growth, scaling, or adding new income streams like affiliate marketing
I have had the opportunity to attend Tawnya’s coaching sessions and I can’t say there wasn’t a time I didn’t take away some knowledge and resourceful reference tools. I’m, for the most part, a very self-taught person, but even so, it was beneficial to me, and it will be for you to latch on to getting her as a coach regularly to gain helpful insight into establishing or growing a business. When I initially started my virtual assistance business, I knew my talents covered a variety of areas, which made it harder to figure out what I wanted my niche to be.
